Written Scope Before Day One

We do not start cleaning under a verbal agreement. Every account begins with a written scope that specifies the areas, tasks, frequency, products and price. If we cannot agree on a scope, we do not start. This protects you from scope creep and it protects us from disputes about what was promised.

Same Crew, Every Visit

Crew consistency is the difference between a cleaning service and a cleaning program. When the same team cleans your facility every week, they learn where the problem areas are, what the facility manager cares about most, and how to work around your operations efficiently. Documented Every Visit

Every cleaning visit is logged on a dated checklist left in your facility. You can verify what was done on any visit. If a task was not completed for a documented reason, it is noted in the log.
